Schades – R+S Group expands self-adhesive label business with Variable Data Printing technology

Hannover, Germany – February 24, 2022

Variable data printing is a frequent requirement throughout Europe, therefore Schades – R+S Group have invested in variable data printing technology from Domino.

Two Domino K600i have been installed, 1 at the production facility in Bordeaux, France and the 2nd unit in Ripley, UK. These investments enable Schades – R+S Group to meet the increasing demand for printing unique barcodes.

The Domino K600i combines productivity with 600dpi print quality. The unit is integrated in to a Lemu 530 two colour automatic line in the UK. It’s enabling inline production at speeds up to 150M/m for high quality digital variable data, QR codes and sequential numbering used for traceability in logistics and product traceability. In France, the unit is integrated in to an 8 colour Nilpeter FB 3300.
